Sept. 23, 2009: My YouTubes are returned to me after 28 hours minus subscribers and two hours later I get an apology from Google. My entire body of work with a huge focus on Mike Bloomberg & City Council-term limits debacle removed just before a mayoral election too close to call.
June 2010 - I have gone to the NYPD and other authorities because it appears on going cyber stalking, even identity theft of than city council member Tony Avella as well as YouTubers by someone believed to be associated with the Bloomberg campaign. The Haggerty scandal and Mike Bloomberg paying out of his own checking account instead of the campaign’s may not be the only “unethical actions” by Bloomberg and gang aka “Team Bloomberg.

Passionate letters published in The Financial Times re: Lucien Freud, my art and women's issues, The Wall St. Journal"Betrayal at Ground Zero" http://online.wsj.com/article/SB111457272166718054.html
The New York Times (9),Crains "NYU's Logo should be a dorm with a dollar not our historic Washington Square Arch because NYU tears down our historic buildings re: St. Ann’s", The New York Sun, The New York Post, The New York Daily News, Metro, AM New York, The Village Voice "Carbon Copy" letter of the week, Newsday, Jerusalem Post, my blog mentioned in New York Magazine Intelligencer neighborhood watch and curbed.com, my art:www.suzannahbtroyartist.com, I have been doing a lot of press interviews some running nationally on tv for my yoga teacher's new book "Yoga Face" which I call "happy yoga" -- you feel happy, you look better and she is helping me tune into what I call the "happiness frequency". Way back when Liz Smith mentioned me and my favorite zen quote "Live each moment as if your hair is on fire." which means live in the moment like it is your last aka live life passionately! I am really proud to say I have run 2 New York City Marathons!!! Also to have done volunteer work with pre-school handicap children at Rusk. I now have free podcasts of fiction and poetry in the itunes store.
I moved -- it was traumatic maybe this unsettled feeling is reflected in my blogging because I keep moving blogging, in fact there are many shocking factors and it even ties intowww.suzannahbtroy.blogspot.com
check out the TWO Bloomberg ads next to my video!
Every story leaves one thinking there is more to this story....when exhausted I turned to writing because you don’t have to clean the paintbrushes...fiction gives you freedom of expression so I turned to writing unconventional short stories.
I thought I was living in the East Village and one day I woke up it looked like a bad xerox of mid-town or Dubai. NYU has finally succeeded in megadorming the East Village to death. Next came sky piercing condos (including the hideous mirrored monstrousity I believe is landleased by the real estate magnate Cooper Union like NYU posing as if they are really about higher ed), mirrored sky piercing hotels and condos reflecting a history destroyed and communities city wide no longer welcome. Welcome to the new hideous New York built on old New York’s delipidated infrastructure.

I am transitioning my blog here and this is the old page fromwww.suzannahbtroy.blogspot.com so it is not up to date. I am too tired right now to update it. I don’t have time to update my “about me” but here is my latest:
I am quoted from my youtube video “Gloomy Bloomy Sub zero trickle down” and I do wonder if City Council will unvote themselves a raise....
The person who wrote this piece above “struggling to hold back the....” The New York Observer, deserves a medal as far as understanding me as artist....(Side note: Azi Paybarah wrote the “Struggling to hold back the tides of Bloomberg” but later he would write “Suzannah B. Troy will not be quiet(ed) and other than the title Azi’s stock so to speak has dropped in my opinion.
The Financial Times published my first letter and it was in the context of artist, next was The New York Times “Battle over the murals of pain”, and this piece “Struggling to hold back the tide...” NY Observer, which I found on the internet means so much to me at a time when I feel too drained to pick up a paintbrush and do to all kinds of disturbing events including 7 day a week construction as NYU tore down plus I will always remember the parishioners crying and praying on the street and than NYU with the help of a shady air sale by the USPS, NYU supersized St. Ann’s from 1847 that survived all these years, everything but NYU’s need and greed to build yet another mega dorm. I will also tell you my maternal Grandfather was a mailman in the Bronx but what happened with the USPS was terrible and because of extremely disturbing events I do not use the USPS’s service unless I am forced to but that is another. To date I have huge concerns about infrastructure because of the mega builds pushed thru by Amanda Burden including St. Ann’s in my neighborhood and you can’t be confident I have been published on this including AM New York “Destroying ‘old’ New York” and contacting the city. Betsy Gotbaum did take my concern seriously enough to give it a case file. (Side note: The USPS’s idea of customer service in my opinion makes the mafia look warm and cuddly and in my opinion another example of their abusing their federal status and I am not just talking about habitually blocking the fire hydrant right outside the entrance of my ex-home and the shady air sale over St. Ann’s at 120 East 12th Street and it is why I do not use the USPS if at all possible and I am not alone in my feeling. Could you imagine people you do not know their names and where they live coming messing with you and they know where you live but you do not even know their names. John Potter the post master general says these lose billions of dollars because of the internet.
NYU’s newest hideous mega dorm St. Ann’s at 120 East 12th street the mega speed build was over the top 7 days a week -- it became impossible to work...I was even doing this happy yoga tv circuit for my yoga teacher’s book and due to disturbing ordeals that are all documented I could hardly do it now as I feel like all this has aged me and left me feeling ill.
Above youtube link, Suzannah B. Troy celebrating her youtube yelling “oust the king” at Mike Bloomberg featured on Queen’s Crap!
The most positive step I took was throwing out my dell and buying an Apple computer. I resisted but at age 46 I bought an Apple and I pay 99 dollars a year for once a week hour long one on one classes and a few weeks ago, just in time for the mayor to make his announcement, I learned I have video capacity on the laptop and how to upload to youtube. I always wanted to make movies with out a crew and youtube gives you a chance where in real life you would never to rarely be given a shot let alone time of day. Feels like everybody has “their gang”. Youtube for now because of duress and these stressful times is my art and that newspaper reporter from The New York Observer saw my youtubes and saw it for what it is my art... which for me is a rare experience.
I have donated my white blood cells twice and you have to lay still for two hours with a needle in each arm. One donation went to a little girl with Non-Hodgkin cancer and a young man with lymphoma. I did ask for any info on the people I donated white blood cells. I learned the man was about 27 and hispanic. I also have done a lot of platelet donations as well. Again due to the very disturbing experiences last year I had to stop because the harassing disturbing experience robbed me of feeling healthy and being rested enough to donate. NYC is in a perpetual shortage and needs blood donors so please donate blood. That is the ugly part of how other people’s selfish behavior hurt so many people. I wish I could donate but I still feel exhausted even when I wake up. So please if you feel healthy donate blood!!
I am really proud of doing volunteer work at Rusk pre-school with handicap children and also I having run 2 NYC Marathons (’91, ’92) as well. I used to be a star athlete but got very heavy -- 190 pounds so getting back in to shape and running 26.2 miles in 4 hours 30 minutes and there was no chips then that means I ran faster. I just sold my home of twenty years in the East Village and I did so much including getting two no honking signs, plus signs that had been knocked down replaced, during the big black out I bought a 17 dollar flash light, the black out price and helped my neighbors up the stairs, help carried their bags and held the flashlight so they could see where to put their keys. I also helped Grant and his cat, Kitty Carlyle when she fell out the window and severely fractured her arm. Rich Pogue had me come down and help (he stood up for me and was treated very badly that is another story) and no cab would pick us up so I asked a policeman to please stop and take us to St. Marks Vet. It was a long time ago and the policeman was a big African teddy bear officer that really understood about cats and helped save her life by getting us there when no one would pick us up and Grant and the kitty were in shock. I had a very traumatic event besides NYU and St. Ann’s along with the USPS air sale that is so disturbing I never go by the building where I did so much good ever again. I can’t tell you how many good deeds I did woven in to what is now my ex-home next to what was St. Ann’s and I tell you all this and I will never return there ever. Again do the math...
See me with a diverse group of community members in front of a medium sizes water main break one block from Cooper Union’s construction site. Here is just one example of many infrastructure problems city wide.
I also got bathroom doors installed in the women’s bathrooms at Tompkins Square Parks which had been removed because of drugs and other activities...the doors are small but they allow for some privacy so when I see woman including handicap women use the bathroom I feel good. We also have soap now too. People would destroy the soap dispensers as well. I kept asking the parks dept to replace them.
Speaking up at the City Council task force meeting on DOB and rocking the house for the safety first was another awesome feeling.
Below is the photo of me at the City Council task force meeting by Jefferson Siegel. I am wearing my hand painted shirt. I spoke up and I remember Christine Quinn was too busy to show up so James Oddo did in her place. More construction tragedies happen edthat were horrific and also infrastructure and I had spoken of and even followed up with them on infrastructure.... so /////ing sad they put this tsunami of community crushing development before safety...that is my opinion and we had enough construction and infrastructure breaks including the horrific one that looked like a terrorist attack by Grand Central.
Chelsea Now and The Villager removed this article. Chelsea Now did it before the election and I believe in support of Christine Quinn who the owner John Sutter and his papers endorsed. Quinn did not show up to the meeting. Theory because she is in bed with Donald Trump and developers and there was huge opposition to the Trump build at Spring and Varrick. Dirty dealings....
Letters published in The Financial Times, The Wall Street Journal, Crains, The New York Times (I have had at least 9 published in The New York Times but again I feel so stressed and scattered--my belongings, my life I can’t even tell you for sure), The New York Post (a lot) The New York Daily News (a lot), AM New York (a lot), Metro the free paper (a lot),
Newsday, Jerusalem Post. Letter of the week “Carbon Copy” The Village Voice about the old PS 64 building. I wrote if more is not done to preserve our historic buildings and community you will have to visit a recreation in a museum or Las Vegas.
My letters addressing sexual politics are in The Financial Times, the art section of The New York Times and The Village Voice.
Really proud of this youtube posted below....very haunting and moving...people thought Giuseppie Logan was dead...watch the youtube and read the text portion.

The eco store pictured in the video I did with Jim is outstanding.
link below for Wall Street Journal posted my thoughts on NYU which doesn’t even need to abuse eminent domain to get the job down like Columbia University.
It is about eminent domain abuse by Columbia University and I point out NYU and Cooper Union don’t even need to abuse eminent domain....check it out.

Interests
to stop the community crushing development city wide art anything involving creativity and passion!!!!!!!!! I have donated my white bloods cells twice. You can only donate white blood cells 12 times in your life. I have helped many of my neighbors my community and I even got "no honking signs" on 12th and 4th Avenue and by The New School mega dorm. During the big black out I bought a flash light for 17 dollars and escorted my neighbors even carrying some of their bags and held the flashlight to they could find the key hole to open their door including the 12th floor-the top. Also very proud to have helped fight eviction of Whole Earth Bakery and Kitchen and Filomena Silvestri died at 94 her business was not thrown out on to the street - we won an extension. I am really happy that I wrote the parks dept. and was able to get bathroom doors in the women's bathroom at Tompkin Square Park which were taken down because of problems that you can easily figure out so I asked for smaller doors but doors! I also got soap but not the tamper free dispensers I have been asking for. Speaking up at the City Council task force meeting on DOB and rocking the house for the safety first was another awesome feeling. I really need people to volunteer to help me and there are people who are very tuned in to what is happening and are supporting me. Thank you! Thanks to the people who have stepped up and have helped me.

I have many passionate letters published on diverse topics. My first letter published in The New York Times "Struggle Over Murals of Pain" and the letter in The Wall Street Journal "Betrayal at Ground Zero" are among my most passionate. The Wall Street Journal "Betrayal at Ground Zero" April 27 2005 talked about our rescue workers FDNY NYPD PAPD and EMS heroically sacrificed their lives in the line of duty 9-11 and they should be honored at the WTC site on the memorial. Please be aware that even now the mayor still refuses to give rescue workers the simple honor due of their rank on the final memorial and together and they have been made invisible all these years at the WTC site to millions of visitors. This was the largest loss of rescue workers in our Nation's history. Our fire houses have been closed. Read the letter www.wsj.com April 27 2005 because it is far more intense and complex and even today as an artist what I state about betrayal is so true. Also read my letter in The New York Times "A City Budget and Cries of Pain" April 17 2003 to read my writing on this. Ironic for too many reasons... I met Norman Siegel standing next to him at the rally for Engine 212 the people's firehouse. The first letter I had published in The Financial Times is also very important because what I wrote then is still true about women and economic power and our basic human rights....very tired so just added some thoughts. Do you love New York? Favorite activist lawyers: Norman Siegel David Rankin Mark Taylor
This is my profile from www.suzannahbtroy.blogspot.com and I am too tired to update it. St. Brigid’s is now safe but everyone else listed still needs help. I actually hired David Rankin and
Mark Taylor because I felt my rights very violated big time and they are very young impressive
lawyers. I also had to sell my home under duress because of a situation so disturbing I
am still dealing with the upset and I have yet to unpack. I lived in the Village area for 25 years and
after subletting a railroad apt. on Carmine for 350 dollars, 3 times the actual rent and one more
sublet, I decided enough is enough and I found a home which I just sold, a studio where I lived for 20 years and sold under duress.
Dr. Sola of Fifth Avenue Vet saved my cats life by recognizing she had to go to The Animal Medical Center immediately and have the eye specialist there check her eye which sadly had to be
removed but also relieved her of terrible pain.
One of my favorite tv programs is on National Geographic TV and it is called Dogtown, here is the link:

Destroying ‘old’ New York my letter published in AM New York January 11, 2007
I continue to write the mayor about the over-the-top economic tsunami wave of development of this new hideous New York being built on the old New York infrastructure. Also, the gas smell may be somehow related to this issue, which has been completely ignored by the Bloomberg administration. A powerful example is next door to me, St. Ann’s Church from 1847, which was torn down. St. Ann’s, where religious staff members resided and homeless people slept on the stairs, now will be replaced by another hideous NYU megadorm and the tallest building in the East Village with 700 students. But New York City, NYU and Hudson Realty have never answered questions about infrastructure concerns like sewage removal, water, electricity, etc. Suzannah B. Troy Manhattan
